Cinino means “tiny” in Umbrian dialect. Naturally sparkling, fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks, and then finishes in the bottle. A light, frizzante pink wine that still hints at its Sangiovese roots. Serve chilled with soft cheeses and aperitivi.
