Pacioso 2024

means "peaceful" in Umbrian dialect.

A discerning still white wine obtained from the Umbrian native grape Trebbiano Spoletino. Prior to fermentation, juices and skins are kept for 24 hours at cold temperatures to extract primary aromas. After such time, juices are raked and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Post fermentation, a portion of the wine is transferred into oak tonneaux, another portion into clay amphora and the remainder into stainless a steel tank, where it rests for 12 months before bottling.
